Conquer Value Dashboard is run by Conquer (https://conquermarket.com). It shows our clients the results of the marketing work we do for them. This page explains what data it handles, why, and how to have it deleted.
Who uses it
Only Conquer and the companies we work for (our clients). Each client sees only its own data. The dashboard is not offered to the public.
What data we handle
- Your login: name and email address of people who sign in.
- Data from tools a client connects, always with read-only access the client grants and can revoke at any time:
- booking tools (for example Cal.com): bookings and the answers to booking forms;
- CRM (for example HubSpot): contacts, companies, deals and meetings;
- billing (for example Stripe): customers, subscriptions, payments and refunds;
- product analytics (for example PostHog): which features users used, and when;
- social and advertising accounts the client owns (for example Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google and Meta ads): post, page and ad statistics.
- Website and link tracking that a client installs on its own site: clicks on tracked links, pages visited and a visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie. Where the law requires consent (for example in the EU and UK), device signals are only used after the visitor agrees.
Why we use it
Only to calculate and show the client's own numbers (for example demos booked, trials, revenue) and to measure which of those came from the content we produce. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with other clients.

- Nango: secure storage of the access tokens for connected tools
How long we keep it
For as long as we work with the client, so that results can be compared with the period before our work started. When the work ends, we delete the client's data within 30 days unless the client asks us to keep it longer.
Deleting your data
Email contact@conquermarket.com with the subject "Data deletion" and the email address or account concerned. We confirm and delete it within 30 days. A client can also disconnect any tool from the Connect page at any time, which stops all further access.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@conquermarket.com.
Security
Access to connected tools is read-only. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each client's data is kept separate from every other client's.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
